Thursday’s “game of the night” was DeLaSalle @ St Croix Lutheran and attendee’s weren’t disappointed with a St Croix Lutheran 67-65 victory in a very exciting game that was a close back and forth contest from start to the .07 seconds buzzer beater tip-in by sophomore Garett Maag.   When top teams such as these meet, you see players rise to the occasion and perform at the highest level to entertain the fans who were on the edge of their seats all night.
Ade Murkey was sensational and looked like the best player on the floor to lead St Croix with 29 points while teammate Trenton Krueger (UMD) put in 26 points to beat DeLaSalle for the first time ever.

DeLaSalle was very good tonight and looked like they would win in regulation with strong play from Gonar Mar, Gabe Kalscheur, Sam Jones, Sage Booker and newcomer freshman Tyrell Terry who looked real smooth competing in some very hot moments and hitting a couple big shots.
Look forward to watching both of these teams in March competing for the State Tournament Championships in 3A (DeLaSalle) and 2A (St Croix Lutheran).
